“Infographic” SRs

Most standard response letters are pretty plain in format, but lately some clients have been asking for something a little more aesthetically pleasing while balancing the need for them to be easily updated every year.

But there are so many challenges:

  • Most SRs are created and updated in Word
  • Word has limitations for working with graphical elements
  • Creating graphical elements in another program (to be inserted into Word) introduces the potential for error during extensive review cycles
  • Pharmacists with different levels of software skills work with SRs
  • SRs need to be updated yearly
  • Clients may have hundreds or thousands of SRs

Here are a couple templates I created in Word to make these fake standard response letters nicer to look at. ( Notice I said fake, they are an amalgamation of a couple of documents, with identifying details taken out.)

Here are a couple of templates I created in Word to make SRs more aesthetically pleasing. They don’t meet criteria for infographics, but are more visually interesting than most SRs I have seen.
