After working with the business development folks for some time, I discovered the need for a proposal form that they could fill in for those clients that do not provide RFPs with a prescribed format. This allowed the business development team to fill out the form in Word to accelerate responses to RFPs and ensure greater consistency before it even got to me for editing.
Because I knew they struggled with the advanced Word functionality in the form, I created a video in Captivate to teach them how to use the heading styles and Tables of Contents functions in Word.
